Kuki Saburo

1951

On August 18, born in Sanou, Asago-shi, Hyogo as seihonkenzo, the third son of Shizue. Real name is Hiromi Shimizu. The birthplace ran agriculture.

In April, we enter Sanou kindergarten.

1958 ( 7 years old )

In April, we entered Sanou Elementary School and spent boyhood in rich nature such as mountain or river and we liked picture since the age of the lower grades and described picture between study well.

On April 28, die for father, Kenzo, illness; is 55 years old in the age at death. We came to think about life and death after death of father and always had sense of isolation.

I am blessed with good teachers and have picture contest shows well and do and are absorbed in having often placed, and describing picture more these days and will want to be painter in the future.

In March, I graduate from school in Asago.
I wanted to do work of painting of earthenware and, in April, were designated unofficially after graduation from junior high school, but I would work as pupil boarding with his teacher at leader of carpenter, secondhand book spirit Jiro in acquaintances of older brother of Osaka in a hurry for three years and were hardly life of art museum circulation on absent day.

I enter Institute of Osaka Art and receive instruction than Mr. Hiroshi Nishihira in formative arts department Western painting department.

I enter visit to France, Paris academy de la guranshomieru in autumn. I spend nude woman sketch, rough draft, stimulating days including copying with world image student and all the things to have been taken care of, and to see are fresh at all and we see work of great masters of the Louvre and are overwhelmed in painter, Mr. Shinsai Haruta resident in Paris and feel thing such as sense of incongruity different from slightly Japanese sense at bottom of heart while thinking that we cannot match at all.

I feel thing reaching in some hometown for rural scenery of Ville-d'Avray of the suburbs of Paris, and it is attracted by a feeling of homesickness and copies how many pictures of colow and meets pot of Old Bizen at that time in Musee Guimet, and heart gets impression to jump. I am conscious of the Orient and difference in Western sense of beauty clearly. In September, we go rounds of temples of Nara, Kyoto for returning home, study of oil painting of Japan from France and begin sketches such as Buddha statues.

1974 ( 23 years old )

I exhibit two points of "image of mother" oil painting 100 at third civilization exhibition (Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum) and are selected. U exhibit "traveler" oil painting 200 at Ecole De San exhibition (citizen of Osaka gallery). Essential question to picture arises more these days and I devote ourselves to informel expressing the human inside for raging and intend life art.

I decide to become ogre of picture madly from the heart, and to describe picture, and to roll up, and to live and exhibit oil painting 200 "surviving" at third civilization exhibition and select a suitable person.

I am recommended as a member of SeiSuKai. and I establish picture research institute in Osaka Minato-ku.

I comprise wide view on art and talent that we study under Mr. Mikuo Konoki book 39 man and are called alone great talent for 100 years and come under a big influence of the single-minded passion and modest personality. It is unyielding" and exhibits oil painting 500 at 4th SeiSuTen(Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum).

I exhibit "Tenpei No Hito" 2000 at the 5th KaiSuTen(Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum). Not picture to describe in cheap tricks for ancient Japanese big heart and mind, we hit heart and the body and describe and dissolve paint in bucket, and fighting over 10 meters of canvases like Michelangelo and praise if production posture than Mr. Kenzo Tajika of art commentator is splendid and get confidence.

1979 ( 29 years old )

I am in charge of New York, Economic World Company, cover picture of monthly for 24 months, and, as for 24 points of original pictures (F4), world Corporation president's wife is collected. I exhibit pastoral JF200, three points at the 6th KaiSuTen(Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum).

Meet great teacher of my life, and receive encouragement directly when expect 30 years later; art I strengthen determination to push on on way of art. I exhibit three points at the first Japan "SenMen" exhibition (Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum) and are gone around with China Beijing exhibition, Korea Seoul exhibition, Hawaii exhibition.

I exhibit "Toushun" & "Kaisou" for each 200 at the 8th KaiSuTen.

The 9 KaiSuTen "Fuka, Sekka, Gekka" for each 200 exhibition.
It is four years in lecturers at Osaka molding center.

I exhibit "discussion" 30O at the 10th KaiSuTen. Private exhibition "La Pola" art gallery (Osaka). I inspect and go on a Korean trip by invitation of Korean culture House.

I exhibit five points of short pieces at "da Vinci" art gallery (Fukuoka).

We exhibit three points of short pieces at "Sabsou Art" in Kyoto.

I change my name to Kuki Saburo(Saburo Kuki).
You must increase human heart so that, in fact, there is what's called beauty of nature on we human hearts not outside one, and outside thing is only mere material, and the heartless material is done with the beauty of nature. The 2nd "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held at the Daimaru Shinsaibashi head office and exhibits 30 points of oil painting.

2002 ( 51 years old )

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Tobu department store (Tokyo, Ikebukuro) and exhibits 25 points. "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held titled "Encounter Of Container and Flower" at Ashiya art gallery (Ashiya Hyogo) and exhibits 20 points.

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Matsuzakaya Head Office (Nagoya) and exhibits 30 points and is held afterwards in Daimaru Kobe department store.

"Kuki Saburo" private exhibition are held in Kyoto, Miyama Kayabuki Museum for three months of from June to August and exhibit 40 points. Also "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Ikebukuro Mitsukoshi, Yamatoyashiki (Himeji) and exhibits 40 points.

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Daimaru Umeda store and exhibits 30 points and is held afterwards in Kintetsu Uehommachi, Kintetsunara, Tsuruya (Kumamoto), Maruzen Nihonbashi (Tokyo). I will chip Hachioji large picture side exhibition and there is "Kuki Saburo" specially installed display and exhibits 30 points and is held afterwards in Omiya Sogo.

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Daimaru Umeda store, Matsuzakaya Takatsuki and exhibits 30 points and is held afterwards in Kintetsu Nara, Kintetsu Wakayama, Yamatoyashiki (Himeji). Oasis 2009 is hosted by Oasis executive committee and is admired when Agency for Cultural Affairs support - art exhibits six points titled "Becoming World Go-between", and meet Mr. Chairperson France artist association Le Salon Mr. Christian Pie, and there is metier of the classic law of painting and is invited to whether parihe does not come.

It is held afterwards in Daimaru Kyoto, the Daimaru Shinsaibashi head office, Kobe Sogo, one field department store (Matsue).

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Daimaru Tokyo, Inumaru Kobe and exhibits 35 points and is held afterwards in Maruzen Nihonbashi (Tokyo), Yamakataya (Kagoshima), Yamatoyashiki (Himeji). In June, it is international art We exhibit at art interchange exhibition Kobe 2011, (Hyogo Museum of Modern Art) and win Gretsch Marino International Academy Award. In August, we donate "Flower Of Rock Tea With Tea Caddy" F20 with the 5th graduate in school in old school Asago. It is done one month in Tokyo Kaikan gallery (Yasuaki art gallery plan) in November, "Kuki Saburo Kuki" Oil Painting Exhibition exhibits 25 points titled "Pottery & Flower"

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held in Porta gallery (Kyoto) and exhibits 30 points and we hang for from February to September and are held afterwards in Hanshin Umeda, one field department store (Matsue), Daimaru Shinsaibashi head office, Kintetsu Nara, Tsuruya (Kumamoto), Keihan Moriguchi. It is hosted by Ibaraki-shi, the Ibaraki-shi Board of Education, and "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held titled "In The Image Of Flower" Kawabata literature with Kawabata literature building for one month in October. "Yasunari Kawabata" tries pictorial bitter fighting, and I exhibits 23 points at image that "Charm Of Pottery & Beauty Flower" were expressed literarily.

"Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held titled "Flower life & Pottery heart" in Daimaru Kyoto, Daimaru Kobe and exhibits 38 points. At Mori Art Museum of June Asago-shi. Also, I exhibit 60 points for one month as titled "Old Pottery & FLowe" at Asago. We publish collection of "Kuki Saburo" - Old Pottery & Flower -. "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held titled "Japanese Beautiful Which We Arranged Taste Of Japanese Four Seasons" at The Matsuyama Mitsukoshi in August, "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held titled "Flower Life & Pottery heart" in September at Chiba Mitsukoshi. "Kuki Saburo" Oil Painting Exhibition is held titled "Load To Flower & Pottery" , Saburo Kuki oil painting image exhibition is held.
